K-pop star Somyi becomes webcam model after failed music career
South Korean K-pop star and smoking hot brunette bombshell, Somyi, has ditched her k-pop career in favour of becoming an adult webcam model after her girl group flopped.
It was reported in the Daily Mail that 21-year-old Ahn Somyi recently quit her girl group DIA after many years of declining sales that saw their last five singles barely scrape by in the top 100 in the charts. Just two days after leaving DIA, Somyi announced that she would now be working as a streamer for the XXX adult camming site, Panda TV. Unsurprisingly, fans supported Somyi’s career change and were pretty psyched to see Somyi as a raunchy webcam model after her music career took a nose dive.
If you don’t know Panda TV, it’s basically like Twitch, but it features more pornographic adult content unlike the gaming content that Twitch puts out. Although it’s pretty racy, Panda is still relatively tame in comparison to sites like Onlyfans. So far, Somyi’s streams seem to consist of her chatting to fans and performing sexy choreography in low-cut tops and short skirts. So hardly anything XXX but definitely titillating.
Despite the initial shock of her drastic career change, most of DIA’s fans have been largely supportive of Somyi on social media, with one person commenting: “Somyi is finally making some money!’ while another tweeted: ‘Somyi is an adult, I believe in her choices. I hope she’s always protected’.
A lot of Somyi’s fans had already guessed that she had quit DIA after she was photographed out and about without the group for nearly 2 years. It was later confirmed that Somyi had quit when DIA celebrated their sixth anniversary without her in September. Her record label also stated that they had terminated her contract and unfollowed her on DIA’s official Instagram account. Seems a bit aggressive but okay. Sounds like Somyi is much happier now.
